A mid 19th C blue and white meat plate, the slightly scalloped rim with a broad band of decoration in the form of Sweet Chestnuts, the centre decorated with a lake scene of men fishing from a punt, a man in a rowing boat and two people fishing off the bridge, with a toll house beside the bridge and a ruined abbey and castle in the distance - in very good condition.

A charming rural scene - the decoration good and sharp.  We have a companion meat plate which is also available for £65.00.
