The Pair of 18th century Imari Vases, each with a raised collar, decorated with panels of petal heads within reserves. The shoulders of the vases painted with spreading flowers and leaves, between backgrounds of scrolling leaves, and flower heads. The bodies decorated with trees and flowers in bloom, around which dramatic peacocks wander. The vases tapering to foot rims decorated with panels of flowers, as per the collars. Height, 7 ½ inches 19cm Width, 6 ½ inches 16cm Depth, 6 ½ inches 16cm Circa 1780 Ref. 21863B
