A Pair of 18th Century Tin Glazed Dishes. Each with a rounded and lobed nonagon rim, falling to a flat centre. The rear with a raised foot rim. The dishes decorated in a manganese and yellow palette, showing Chinese gentlemen walking and resting in a flower filled landscape. The centre of the dishes showing a nobleman and attendant in the same landscape. Date circa 1740. Height 2 3/4 inches, 7cm. Width 13 1/2 inches, 34cm. Depth 13 1/2 inches, 34cm.Ref: 24377
