A Pair of Imari Chargers. The pair of chargers, each with a scallop edge rim, flowing into slightly dished tapering panels, meeting a flat centre. The rim with gilt banding surrounding the panels decorated with reserves of cranes flying amongst trees, and further reserves filled with flowers and blooming grasses. All set against a ground of flower filled lattice, overlapping shells, and scrolled decoration. The rear with artists bundles, and a small foot rim. Height 1 ¾ inches, 4cm. Width 12 ¼ inches, 31cm.
