A Pair of 19th century Brass Fire Dogs / Andirons. Each with a flower head finial, above the pierced leaf and bulb orb, resting on Ionic capitals, and fluted columns, finished with rounded socles. The columns standing on outward turning scrolled feet. Complete with the original fire bar, the ends finished with well cast fleur - de - lys finials, flanking the rope twist bar, centred by scrolled brackets.
