A Set of 19th Century Steel Fire Tools. The burnished steel fire tools, each with a rounded facetted top, the faceting enclosed within a rope twist border, with an outer ring. The handles with ringed and knopped decoration running to the shanks with likewise ringed and knopped decoration. The shanks finished with a poker, pair of tongs and a raised edge, lattice decorated shovel. Date c 1800. Height 29 3/4 inches, width 5 1/2 inches, depth 2 1/2 inches.Ref: 21473
