An 18th Century Oak Chest of Drawers. The top with a shaped serpentine edge, finished with a rounded mould edge, above the bombe body, with slightly proud facing edges to the corners, flanking the four graduated cockbeaded, oak lined drawers. The drawers with original brass and escutcheon plates, each decorated with a cherub holding garlands of flowers between cornucopia. The lower frieze of scrolled form, with a flower head central tablet, the frieze flanked by ball and claw feet. Date c 1750. Height 32 inches, width 35 1/2 inches, depth 19 1/2 inches.
