A 19th Century Giltwood Console Table, the demi-lune shaped body with a carved frieze with a central oval medallion of crossed torch and quiver of arrows, surrounded by laurel leaves and a ribbon swag top. The background of the frieze with vertical fluting and break front legs mounted with rams-head masks. The legs with fielded outline, and inverted sweeping, to a crinoline stretcher topped with a classical vase. The legs finished with scrolled leaf decorated feet, and shaped tapered bottoms. The marble top with break front detail to follow the shape of the frieze.

Attractive worn gilt finish.
