A 19th Century Walnut Stool.
The upholstered bowed rectangular seat with brass studding, above rails of swept shaping, carved with shell and scrolled leaf decoration. The four legs carved likewise with shell and lead decoration, tapering to scrolled toes.
Date c 1850
Height 18 inches, width 32 inches, depth 17 1/2 inches.
Ideal to be used in front of a sofa as a coffee table etc..
