19TH C WALNUT CLUB FENDER

A Walnut Club Fender. The 19th century Walnut Club Fender, with a rounded mould edged rectangular seat, over a rounded and ogee profile frieze. The seat raised up on ring turned and tapered columns, finished with square caps and bases. The columns standing on a plinth base, softened by a rounded and stepped mould edge. The inside of the plinth with brass facings. Sturdy and strong, with a good colour throughout. Height 25 1/4 inches, 64cm. Width 50 inches, 127cm. Depth 20 1/4 inches, 51cm. Circa 1860
