The early 19th century Mahogany Console Table, with a rectangular marble top, resting on a chamfered moulding, over the frieze, set with a flush frieze drawer. The drawer with oak linings. The frieze supported by circular columns, mounted to the caps and socles with ormolu banding, decorated beaded rope twists, rising classical leaves, and rings of laurel leaves. The plinth base with break front corners supporting the columns. The whole in well figured mahogany. Height 35 1/2 inches, 90cm. Width 28 inches 71cm. Depth 15 1/2 inches, 39cm. Circa 1820
