An Early 18th Century Oak Side Table. The top with cleated ends on a generous overhang. The frieze with a long drawer, mounted with acorn pattern drop handles, with pierced rim back plates. The drawer surrounded by round mould beadings, over the lower frieze cut with a bow profile, repeated to the side friezes. The four ring turned legs tapering slightly outward and downward to meet a ring and orb lower leg. The legs joined by four outward edged stretchers and finished with small ringed and rounded feet. The whole with a good patination and colour. Date circa 1710. Height 26 1/2 inches, 67cm. Width 32 inches, 81cm. Depth 22 1/2 inches, 57cm.Ref: 21245
