A Regency Mahogany Centre Table. The table with an octagonal top. The top with the unusual feature of two hinged leaves opening to cedar lined compartments. The top with a figured frieze, supported by turned and shaped tapering legs. The legs joined by, likewise turned and tapered, cross stretchers. Date c 1820. Height 29 inches, 73cm. Width 24 inches, 61cm. Depth 24 inches, 61cm.
