19TH C SHIPS DECANTER

A 19th Century Ships Decanter. The mushroom shaped stopper with star burst cut decoration, fitting within the slightly dished rim, above a neck formed with two bands of facet cut rings. The body spreading outward and downward, and decorated with horizontal chevron cut banding. The slightly inset foot rim, surrounding the star burst cut base. Date c 1860. Height 9 inches, diameter 6 1/2 inches.
