A Pair of 18th Century Mallet Shaped Wine Bottles.

The tops with ring rims, above the tall necks, tapering outward and downward to the rounded shoulders.  The cylindrical bodies with distinctly raised interior base to throw the sediment.

Date c 1770.

Height 9 1/12 inches, diameter 4 1/2 inches.
