Glass/Decanters >> PAIR OF SMALL 19TH C DECANTERS

A Pair of 19th Century Cut Glass Decanters.

Each with a flat topped stopper, of slightly concave square shape, with cut corners, and rounded edges, tapering to a slice cut stem.  The bodies with a broad rim above a neck slice cut, the cutting spreading to the shoulders, and thence to slightly concave shaping, each side with two vertical cut and polished panels, between out chamfered corners.  The rounded bottom edges surrounding a ground pontil base.

Date c 1850

Height 8 inches, width 3  inches, depth 3 inches.

Ideal for port, sherry, sloe gin.....
