A 19th century Gilt Mirror. The top with a swan neck pediment, finished with rosette paterae, flanking the scrolling leaf cartouche, and decorated in relief with spreading leaves. The pediment supported by scrolled and foliate brackets. The body with a canted band of inward facing leaves, surrounding a second band of trailing leaves, finished to the inner edge with a bead and lozenge border. The lower frieze with scrolling leaf ears, decorated with rosette paterae, flanking the swept centre, decorated in relief with spreading leaves, surrounding a larger rosette paterae. Complete with wood back. Height. 50 inches 127 cm. Width. 25 ½ inches 65 cm. Depth. 3 inches 8 cm. Circa 1850Ref:
