The 19th century Gilt Wood Mirror, with an open pediment, decorated with the musical motifs of a lute, and flute, crossed within a flower head, laurels, and scrolling leaves. The rectangular frame topped with hanging tassels, and finished to the bottom corners with reeded brackets and pine cones. The slip with a beaded inner edge, holding the rectangular plate. Complete with wood back. The whole in very nice original condition. Height, 25 inches 63cm Width, 13 inches 34cm Depth, 1 ½ inches 4cm Circa 1840Ref: 22555
