An Early 19th Century Mahogany Cheval Glass. The cheval with vase finials, above ring turned and tapered supports, with opposing cup centres, joined by stretchers of the same design. The full length original plate glass held within a broad, slightly round faced frame, hinging and adjustable with ball and cup handles. The rear of the plate panelled. The whole raised up on splay legs, tapering to brass cup castors. Height 75 inches, 190cm. Width 34 inches, 87cm. Depth 26 inches, 66cm. Date circa 1830.
