19TH C BRASS DOOR PORTER

A 19th Century Brass Door Stop, Door Porter. With a shaped oval loop handle above the circular shank, with a knop centre. The shank spreading to a ring stepped bell shaped base. The rear with conforming cast iron loading. Date circa 1830. Height 15 1/4 inches, 39cm. Width 4 3/4 inches, 12cm. Depth 2 1/2 inches, 6cm.
