A 19th Century Silver Mounted Coconut Cup. The coconut cup with an enfolding silver rim, the outer band spreading to a ring border, below which hang arcaded leaves. The cup standing on three scrolled paw feet, joining the cup with spreading flowers. The feet joined by a conforming silver base, finished with an arcaded edge. Hallmarked for Hilliard & Thomason, Chester 1898. Height 4 3/4 inches, 12cm. Diameter 4 inches, 10cm.Ref:
