A Pair of 19thC. Carved Fisherman Nut Crackers. The nut crackers carved with the cheerful head of a fisherman wearing a cap. The lever opening his mouth to take the nut, and thence closing the lever, and his mouth, to crack the nut. The fisherman with a mermaid body, and tail, on which he stands. Height: 8", 20cm. Width: 2 1/4", 6cm. Depth 3 3/4", 10cm. c.1870. Ref: 21404. Price: £160.
