A Large Early 19th Century Brass Door Porter, Door Stop. With an oval loop handle, above the long shank, with ringed collars and an elongated baluster shaping, meeting the outward sweeping, and ringed socle, holding the rounded and ringed ogee shaped base, finished with a plinth foot. The rear with lead loading. Date circa 1800. Height 18 1/2 inches, 47cm. Width 6 1/4 inches, 16cm. Depth 3 inches, 7.5cm.Ref: 23428
