GEORGE III MAHOGANY BUCKET

A George III Bucket. The mid 18th century mahogany bucket, with a brass loop handle, broadening to the centre and joining the bucket at scrolled hinged brackets. The body of the tapering bucket with a plate slide opening. The bucket with broad brass banding, a recessed foot and wood base. Height of body 18 inches, 46cm. Width 14 inches, 36cm. Depth 14 inches, 36cm. Date circa 1750.
