A Fabulous Pair of Burr Oak Jars and Covers, each with a shallot shaped finial on a round body, the top third being the lid of the jar.  The round bodies on ring turned outward tapering socles, finished with a broad ring turned foot rim.

Fantastic colour, patination and skin to the unusual timber.
