A Pair of George III Bottle Coasters. The 18th century bottle or decanter coasters, each with a raised rim, decorated with boxwood and ebony rope twist inlay, above the concave and rounded outer sides. The inner sides gently curving to the flat circular centres. Good colour and patination. Date c 1780. Height 1 inch, 2.5cm. Width 6 inches, 15.5cm. Depth 6 inches, 15.5cm.
