A Pair of 19th Century Scottish Cups and Covers. Each cover with a ringed ball finial over the rounded domed cover. The finial in walnut, the main cover in sycamore, with a ringed rim in walnut. The cups likewise of rounded shape, with bands of ringed walnut against the sycamore body. The cups on waisted walnut stems, resting on outward spreading bases, likewise in walnut and sycamore. Height 6 1/2 inches, 17cm. Width 3 1/2 inches, 9cm. Depth 3 1/2 inches, 9cm. Date circa 1850.Ref: 22725
