An Early 19th Century Solid Silver Tankard. The tankard with a raised and reed rim, above the body gently tapering outward and downward to a likewise raised and reed foot rim. The body of the tankard with two broad bands of horizontal reeded decoration. The tankard mounted with a scrolling handle, topped by a scrolled leaf thumb grip. Hallmarked for James Jackson, London 1804. Height 3 1/4 inches, 8.5cm. Width 3 inches, 7.5cm. Depth 4 inches, 10cm.Ref: 22739
