A George II Silver Tankard. The mid 18th century tankard with a fine reed outswept rim, over the baluster shaped body, sweeping into a concave socle, and thence spreading to an ogee circular foot, with a fine reed foot rim. The handle with a good cast leaf thumb grip, over the well finished scrolling handle tapering to meet the oval brackets. Hallmarked for Fuller White, London 1758. Height 3 3/4 inches, 9.5cm. Width 4 inches, 10cm. Depth 2 3/4 inches, 7cm.
