An 18th Century Delft Charger.
This 18th century English charger with a blue line rim, enclosing groups of spreading flowers. The inner rim painted with falling leaves, between lattice borders. The centre of the charger depicting an oriental planter, from which a peony tree grows. The rear of the charger with wave scroll decoration and a small foot rim.
Date c 1740.
Height 1 3/4 inches, width 14 inches, depth 14 inches.
