A Barograph.
The barograph with a mahogany and glazed cover, lifting off to a gilt brass mechanism, with an 8 day movement, and seven bellows. The mechanism with a plaque for the maker 'J HICKS, MAKER, LONDON'. The base with a concave mould top, above a frieze drawer, holding spare / used papers. The whole standing on short rounded bracket feet.
