A George III Mahogany Plate Bucket.
The plate bucket with a rounded top rim, above the gently tapering sides, the front with a plate reveal, finished to the bottom with a slightly curved profile.
The sides held within two broad bands of brass coopering, the top band mounted with hinging brackets for the shaped and tapered swing handle.
