A Regency Silver Wine Funnel.
With a reeded rim and decanter bracket, before the stepped and inward curving bowl, centred by a patterned centre pierced sieve. The collar fitting within the reeded rim of the spout section. The rim with a raised edge, before the tapered shoulder, meeting the tapering spout, finished with an offset aperture.
Hallmarked for John Emes, London 1821.
