a Pair of 19th Century Carved Giltwood Candlesticks. Each candlestick with a ringed vase candle holder, above a broad circular drip pan, the stems of triangular form, sweeping outward with scrolling and rising foliage. The triangular bases sweeping outward in a concave profile, with reeds to the corners between falling leaves. The reeds repeated to the scroll toes. Date circa 1830. Height 15 inches, 38cm.
