A William IV Rosewood Table. The rectangular top with rounded corners. The facing with a crossbanded edge, continued to the shallow frieze, finished with a rounded moulding. The table raised on ends with scrolled bracket tops, tapering to a down swept moulding, enclosing a rounded collar of rising leaves. The ends within a concave and convex moulding above bases finished with scrolled leaf toes. The undersides with recessed brass castors. The ends joined by a ringed and shaped tapering stretcher. Date circa 1830. Height 28 3/4 inches, 73cm. Width 42 inches, 107cm. Depth 22 1/2 inches, 57cm.Ref: 23796
