A 19th Century Sampler. The sampler with needlework of flowers, planters, birds and butterflies, surrounding a verse, and formal terrace with a banqueting house beyond. Completed by 'Charlotte Davies, May 18th 1835'. In the original glazed gilt frame. Date 1835. Height 18 inches, 46cm. Width 17 inches, 43cm. Depth 2 inches, 5cm.
